The boys take an oath at their lodge, pledging that they will attend the annual convention in Chicago. Unfortunately, their wives won't let them go. So Ollie comes down with a phony illness, saying the only cure is a sea voyage. He insists that Stan accompany him. As they return from the convention, they find that the ship they were allegedly on his sunk and many passengers are missing.
