The boys run a dance studio and Trudy Harlan is their favorite student. Her boyfriend has invented a powerful new weapon that he would like to demonstrate to her father, who makes weapons. Of course, the father does not like his daughter's boyfriend. So Stan passes himself off as a foreign inventor and demonstrates the weapon to Trudy's father.
