Laurel and Hardy By Charles Barr This simple little book was among the first to be published on the subject. Better, more detailed books have subsequently been written, but there is still something special about this book. It contained biographical and film information, along with opinions and analysis. The book also contained sequences of still pictures to recreate scenes. Although it is packed with information, it is a relatively quick read...making it among the better introductory books ever published. |
