The Laurel & Hardy Encyclopedia By Glenn Mitchell Highly recommended: This book is an invaluable reference tool. As the title implies, this is an encyclopedia - all information is arranged by topic. Common topics include films, people, and recurring themes found in the work of Laurel and Hardy. Not the kind of book you would typically sit down and read from cover to cover; but you may just do so, because it is very difficult to put down. Much of the information can be found elsewhere, but this arrangement is unique. A very handy book to own. |
